We have sourced this fine animal due to its exceptional quality milk and through genetic selection have hand picked a herd that is second to none. Our milk’s quality is certified by a monthly, independent scientific analysis that gives a clear outline of the levels of fat, protein and other nutritional aspects. This is necessary as it ensures our farm is providing not only great milk but consistently great milk which the market demands.
